Refund & Replacement Warranty Policy

1. Full Replacement Warranty

At Doller Store, all software licenses, subscription plans, and activation keys come with an active 100% Replacement Warranty for the entire duration of your purchased plan (e.g., 30 days for 1-month plans, 365 days for 1-year plans). If your service is interrupted, our team will restore it or issue a replacement license.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

• The product key cannot be activated on your device and our support team is unable to resolve it within 24 hours.
• We are out of stock and cannot fulfill your order within our guaranteed timeframe (< 15 mins).
• You accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same order via Binance Pay.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the product key has already been revealed and activated.
• Incompatibility caused by customer hardware not meeting the official system requirements (e.g. attempting to install Windows 11 on unsupported CPU).
• Violation of official vendor terms of service (e.g. sharing private single-user logins with multiple external IPs).

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to your Binance Pay account (USDT) or provided as instant Store Credit based on your preference. Processing takes between 1 to 12 hours from approval.

5. How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty replacement or refund request, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram with your Order Number (e.g., DS-XXXXXX) and a screenshot of the issue.
